Password resets are admin-managed

During the pilot, Pacifico RMS accounts are provisioned and reset by your workspace administrator, not by email link.

• Contact your Pacifico RMS administrator.
• They reset your credential from the admin console.
• Self-service reset with MFA ships in Phase 2.
